Since its inception in 2012, #GivingTuesday is known as a global giving day that inspires millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. It is celebrated on the Tuesday following the widely-recognized U.S. shopping events: Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Over the last 5 years, it has been popularized and fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. It has quickly grown into its own global movement uniting individuals, communities, corporations and organizations for a common cause around the world.
In line with #GivingTuesday, Support Black Charities’ mission is to build a more just and generous world. With just about 3 weeks left until November 30th, it’s not too late to join the movement whether you are a supporter or an organization.
