Anick Silencieux is the visionary force behind Support Black Charities (SBC), a Canadian nonprofit founded in 2018. She leads with the mission to support and empower Black-led, Black-serving, and Black-focused organizations globally, including nonprofits, charities, NGOs, grassroots, and community-based organizations.

Through the lens of Black Philanthropy, Anick works to ensure these organizations are sustainable and self-sufficient, capable of generating long-term impact. She helps them become donor-ready and investor-ready while encouraging them to act, think, and operate like businesses.

Her 15+ years as a Data Recovery Engineer sharpened her analytical skills, which she now applies as a nonprofit leader to design innovative solutions and navigate complex challenges. Her strategic mindset drives impactful change within the community.

As a thought leader in Black Philanthropy, Anick speaks at events and conferences to raise awareness and empower new audiences. Her unwavering commitment to community-led impact and sustainable growth continues to shape the future of SBC and the organizations it supports.
