In the Black community, women and girls face the dual challenges of gender and racial underrepresentation in science. βš–οΈπŸ’» Despite these barriers, Black women have made groundbreaking contributions to STEM, shaping industries and paving the way for future generations. πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸ”¬πŸ”¬

🌍 The world of science NEEDS the voices, perspectives, and brilliance of Black women and girls. More representation means more innovation, creativity, and groundbreaking solutions for challenges that impact our communities and the world.
