International Women’s Day
IWD 2024 campaign theme: #EmbraceEquity
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion for #IWD2024
Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness about discrimination. Take action to drive gender parity.
IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere. Inclusion means all IWD action is valid.

The Government of Canada’s theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) 2024 is Invest in women: Accelerate progress.
It’s a call to action and a reminder that gender equality is one of the most effective ways to build healthier, more prosperous, and more inclusive communities.
This year Support Black Charities wants to celebrate women‘s achievements specifically by recognizing Black women non-profit leaders and acknowledging their continued impact on our community.
