About Jide

Jide Adeoye boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in the corporate technology sector, excelling in systems design and analysis, project management, systems integration, data architecture and modeling, and decision support processes. As the Director of Business Intelligence at goeasy, he has played a critical role in advancing the company’s data-driven decision-making capabilities. One of his notable achievements includes expanding the BI platform usage from 50 active users to over 2,500, resulting in significant revenue growth and enhanced productivity across the goeasy company.

Jide’s dedication to empowering the Black community is evident through his co-founding and leadership of the Afro-Canadian Development and Empowerment (ADE) committee at goeasy. The committee promotes racial equity and empowers Black employees and allies, embodying Jide’s motto: “We don’t compete with each other, we complete each other.”

Outside of his professional achievements, Jide is a celebrated Gospel recording artist, having won several awards. He is married to Ovalyn and has three children. His diverse interests and dedication to his family reflect his well-rounded and compassionate approach to both his personal and professional endeavors.
