FULL DESCRIPTION:

Volunteer Assistant Event Manager/Coordinator:

This individual oversees the entire event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They coordinate with all teams, manage schedules, handle any issues that arise, and ensure that the event adheres to its goals and standards. The Assistant Event Manager/Coordinator is the point of contact for vendors, volunteers, and guests, and is responsible for the overall success of the event.

Volunteer Bartenders:

Bartenders are responsible for serving drinks to guests at the event. They must be knowledgeable about various types of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and should be skilled in mixing and serving drinks efficiently and courteously. They also ensure the bar area remains clean and organized.

Volunteer Waitstaff/Servers:

Waitstaff or Servers are responsible for serving food to guests. They ensure that guests receive their meals in a timely and presentable manner. They also assist in setting up dining areas, refilling water glasses, and providing any necessary assistance to guests during meal service.

Volunteer Bar Backs:

Bar Backs assist the Bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, ice, and other necessary supplies. They might also help with cleaning glasses and the bar area, as well as handling other behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure the bar runs smoothly.

Volunteer Coat Check Attendant:

The Coat Check Attendant manages the coat check area, safely storing guests’ coats, bags, and other personal items. They provide guests with claim tickets and ensure that all items are securely stored and returned to the correct guest at the end of the event.

Volunteer Security Personnel:

Security Personnel are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all event attendees. They monitor the event space, manage crowd control, respond to any disturbances, and ensure that emergency procedures are followed if necessary.

Volunteer Bussers/Cleaning Staff:

The Cleaning Staff is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the event venue. They are responsible for regular clean-up during the event, such as clearing tables, managing trash, and keeping restroom facilities clean and stocked. Post-event, they help in the extensive clean-up and resetting of the venue.

Volunteer Back Of The House/Kitchen:

Volunteer kitchen staff are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen area in our event. They assist in various tasks vital for food preparation and service. During the event, volunteers may be involved in prepping ingredients, assisting chefs with cooking tasks, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. This includes tasks like chopping vegetables, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment. Additionally, they may help with dishwashing and restocking supplies as needed. Their dedication and hard work behind the scenes contribute significantly to the success of our event.
